The McNally Mason Agency is the proud successor to the Carl E. Mason Agency. Mr. Mason was a pillar of the Flint community, and established the agency in Flint, Michigan in 1948. It has traditionally specialized in Probate Fiduciary bonds underwritten by CNA Surety and Western Surety. In 2013, while in his 90's, Mr. Mason retired and turned over the agency to me, attorney Richard F. McNally. I have operated it in Flint since that time, and renamed it the McNally Mason Agency.

The McNally Mason Agency continues to focus on providing bonding services to probate conservators, guardians, personal representatives and other fiduciaries. I have been a principal in the law firm of Collins, Wascha, & McNally, and have served in the Genesee County Probate Court as a Guardian ad Litem for minors.

The Flint water settlement will require many fiduciaries for those damaged by the contamination of Flint City water to obtain surety bonds. I am in a unique position to serve their bonding needs, and stand ready to provide my experience and local reputation.
